We’re excited to inform everyone that Phoenix Academy’s playground build and student reveal will be featured on John Knicely‘s segment of WOWT Channel 6 News tonight at 6 pm! On May 7th more than 160 volunteers came together to build a new playground for our students. When the playground was revealed to the students they rushed to the doors. The moment the doors opened smiles were plastered against each child’s face as they screamed with excitement and ran to use the new equipment. It was such a awesome experience to give the gift of play to our students! A special thanks goes to the Pacific Life Foundation, Kaboom!, and all of our volunteers for their hard work on Saturday.
