We had a very successful Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast today as parents of past and present Phoenix Academy students, board members, and volunteers of all walks of life gathered together to be recognized for their help. Our students even visited with volunteers, a class at a time, saying “thank you” in unison.
Volunteers, thank you for helping us this year – from picking up pizza, tallying pizza or Blimpie orders, helping in the office,classroom, and recess, making copies, providing food or financial assistance for an event, helping with odd jobs, organizing sweatshirts and t-shirts, clipping box tops, helping with Read Naturally, our Read Dog program, Girls on the Run, and many more areas. You’ve made a difference.
Phoenix Academy is successful because of all the teamwork between staff and our families in so many ways.
